1- Full Payment Required: 100% of the payment is required in advance.
2- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, 50% of the payment is refundable.
3- Booking Deadline: Event bookings will only be accepted at least 7 days prior to the event.
4- Urgent Booking Fee: An additional 25% charge will apply for urgent bookings.
5- Fixed Choices: Food items, colors, and themes selected at the time of booking cannot be changed later.
6- Responsibility for Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to or loss of inventory during the event.
